ABOUT THE PROJECT
The complex will be built on more than 20,954 m² near the river with a nearby thoroughfare. You connect to the Prague inner ring road within one minute. Holešovice Railway Station, a tram stop and metro station are within a five-minute walking distance. A water tram and cycling route will also be part of the development.
The modern Rivery development includes offices, a hotel, studios, spa resort and marina. This provides a boat restaurant with a conference centre and a pier for boats, houseboats and floating homes.
Holešovice complex in dates
In 1961, the panel manufacturer Prefa Praha started production at the site of the future Rivery object. The last panel left the national enterprise in 1989, when it was transformed into the WOLF PREFA concrete factory.
Building elements and reinforced concrete and ceramic glass architectural components were made at the facility until 2013. A new history is being written for the Holešovice complex: concrete and panels will be replaced by offices, luxury studios and leisure premises on the banks of the Vltava River.
