Záběhlice – Prague 4 is a lucrative locality. We plan a residential rental project on Žilinská Street. The location offers very good access to the Prague public transport system and civic amenities. A nursery school, for example, is located nearby. It takes only 10 minutes to get to metro station Kačerov or Budějovická.
We shall complete the project in 2020.
